Most chairs in this bracket omit the headrest entirely. This one has it, and it makes a real difference for anyone who leans back during calls or reading.

Nothing else is missing either. Adjustable lumbar, seat depth, arms that move in three dimensions, a reclining back with tension control — a specification that costs substantially more from the established brands. For buyers who want maximum adjustability per pound, it is the obvious candidate.

Assembly takes around thirty minutes and requires attention. The instructions are adequate, not good, and several steps go easier with a second person.

No single systemic flaw shows up. The recurring complaint is inconsistency between units: some arrive solid and stay that way, others have wobble in the base, uneven armrest heights, or trim that does not sit flush. That variance is the risk you take in exchange for the specification.
