One box, one person, under ten minutes with the tools in the carton. The chair is usable the day it arrives and it looks like furniture, not office equipment, which counts for something in a flat where the desk sits in a living space.

Branch got the specification right for the money. Adjustable lumbar depth, not just height. Real arm articulation. A seat that does not bottom out under normal use. On paper it competes with chairs costing considerably more, and the first year of ownership largely bears that out.

Seven years of warranty places it precisely. That is longer than budget chairs offer and half what contract-grade manufacturers provide, and the gap tracks frame construction and foam density, not marketing confidence.

Support runs through email only. On a warranty claim that is a meaningfully worse experience than a dealer network, and it draws more complaints than anything else about the chair, with shipping damage turning up behind it.

Watch the foam. It is denser than budget chairs and less dense than the contract-grade alternatives, so the seat softens over years instead of months. It still softens.

Over a five-year horizon in a home office, nothing else on this page delivers as much. Push the horizon out to fifteen years and the warranty already tells you the answer.
