Three frame sizes is the part people skip past. A chair fitted to your body does more for eight-hour comfort than any amount of adjustment on a one-size frame, and Herman Miller is one of the few makers that sizes at all.
The twelve-year warranty is honoured, parts are available decades later, and used examples still sell for serious money. That resale floor is the honest way to think about the price. Mesh is not for everyone, and it is not a chair you buy on impulse.
