Vertical mice usually come in one size, which is a problem because the whole point is fitting your hand. The Lift is the small-and-medium option, and it is the only mainstream vertical mouse also sold in a left-handed version.
The trade is capability. The sensor and the scroll wheel are both a tier below the Master line, so this is a comfort purchase rather than a performance one.
