Rotating the forearm to a near-handshake position is the entire idea, and it works: owners consistently report the strain moving out of the wrist within a couple of weeks. The size is what distinguishes it from the Lift.
It is an older design and it shows in the details — no free-spin wheel, a scroll wheel that feels vague, and a price that has not fallen as far as its age suggests it should.
