This is the model where the dock does the most. Emptying, hot-water mop washing, and hot-air drying are all automatic, so the interval between times you touch the machine stretches out to filling and dumping the dock’s water tanks.
The trade is footprint. The dock does not slide into a narrow gap beside a doorway or between laundry machines. Measure the spot before ordering rather than after.
Noise is unmistakable on max suction. Dropping to the quiet setting takes most of that away and takes carpet performance with it. If silence is the top requirement, this is the wrong machine.
