This is Steelcase’s answer to people who wanted contract-grade seating and balked at contract-grade pricing. The back flexes with you rather than pivoting at one hinge, and the arms adjust in every direction that matters.
It comes in one frame size, so the fit argument that favours the Aeron still applies at the extremes of height. Everything else about it is a serious chair.
