The chassis is the argument. A brushed aluminium top plate over a steel frame produces a board with no flex anywhere, and Corsair’s keyboards routinely outlast the machines they were bought with.
iCUE is the tax. It is a large piece of software for what is fundamentally a keyboard, and the recurring owner complaint is not the hardware but how much of the system the driver wants.
