Worth the most when it is already sitting next to an iPhone or a Mac. On Android a good share of what you are paying for simply does not run.

Automatic device switching, spatial audio, and the battery readout all key off other Apple hardware. Outside that ecosystem, almost anyone else sells a more sensible pair of earbuds for the same money.
