Worth the most when it is already sitting next to an iPhone or a Mac. On Android a good share of what you are paying for simply does not run.

Automatic device switching, spatial audio, and the battery readout all key off other Apple hardware. Outside that ecosystem the same money buys a more sensible pair of earbuds from almost anyone else.
